GREAT NEWS

 

Last night, (Wed 16 Jan) at DeMontfort Hall at the “Leicester Mercury Sports Awards 2007”, the Cobras WON the “Alliance and Leicester Community Impact”, award.

 

An excellent achievement for the Cobras and a due reward for the numerous Outreach Developments Sessions we continue to deliver.

 

We were also presented with a cheque for £1,000 from Alliance & Leicester.

 

This award is a great boost for the club and the prize money will help us to develop the clubs activities further, helping even more people to become involved in the sport.

 

Should be very good coverage in the Leicester Mercury over the next few days. (please keep copies for our press file - if you can).
